By accessing this website or engaging Westline Commerce LLC for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Westline Commerce LLC provides e-commerce development, marketing, optimization, content and support services as described on this website, and publishes original digital products (e-books) under its Westline Press imprint. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be confirmed in writing (via proposal, invoice, or agreement) prior to commencement of work.
Fees for services are as quoted at the time of order or agreement. Payments are processed securely through a licensed third-party payment processor, depending on the client's location and preferred method. All fees are due according to the payment terms specified in your invoice or agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds for services and for digital products are handled differently. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
E-books published by Westline Press are sold through our online store and delivered as downloadable PDF files immediately after payment. Each purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to read the e-book for personal use. Copying, reselling, sharing or redistributing the files, in whole or in part, is not permitted. All Westline Press content is provided for educational, informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials (such as text, images, and login credentials) reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by missing client input may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed service deliverables transfers to the client. All Westline Press publications remain the intellectual property of Westline Commerce LLC. For service work, this excludes any third-party assets, stock libraries, licensed fonts, or pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain subject to their original licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westline Commerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and is payable in accordance with our Refund Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
