Services are billed by invoice or through a secure online payment link. E-books from Westline Press are purchased through the secure checkout in our online store, and the download is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed.
All invoices are issued under the legal name Westline Commerce LLC. Payments are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. A receipt is provided for every completed transaction.
We do not store your full card or bank account details on our own systems. All payment data is handled directly by our trusted third-party payment processors, each of which maintains bank-level encryption and compliance standards.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method used, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
